After stimulated by 100ng/ml PHA with 3days, Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with 10μg/ml mouse Anti-human TFR Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog FAB171Hu02, green histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog IS067-Mu01, blue histogram), followed by 1μg/ml FITC-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog SAA544Mu18).
Human THP1 cell line was stained with 10μg/ml mouse Anti-human TFR Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog FAB171Hu02, red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog IS067-Mu01, green histogram), followed by 1μg/ml FITC-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog SAA544Mu18).
Human K562 cell line was stained with 5μg/ml mouse Anti-human TFR Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog FAB171Hu02, red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (Catalog IS067-Mu01, green histogram), followed by 1μg/ml FITC-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog SAA544Mu18).

用法
For flow cytometry, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5-1 μg per 10^6 cells in 100 μl volume.
